Background
Dana graduated from the University of Missouri Law School in 2007. Prior to law school, Dana attended the University of Central Missouri, where she earned a degree in Political Science.
Dana has been practicing in the area of consumer bankruptcy since 2007. She joined Krigel Nugent + Moore in 2009, and continues to concentrate her practice in the area of bankruptcy. Dana routinely represents individuals in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases in Missouri and Kansas, and represents creditors in both states as well.
Dana is licensed to practice in Missouri, Illinois, and in the United States District Courts of the Western District of Missouri and the District of Kansas.
