Kelsey Patterson Nazar joined Krigel & Krigel in 2008 and since then has helped many families and businesses with various matters. She is also the feature of this week’s blog post!
Prior to joining Krigel & Krigel, she worked at a large firm in Kansas City. Since joining this smaller, medium-sized law firm, she values the opportunity to work with individuals and small businesses.
In fact, her favorite aspect of being a lawyer is helping people solve their problems using strategic and creative means.
Kelsey’s practice focuses heavily in the areas of business and nonprofit law and bankruptcy matters. She counsels clients with business law issues, including the formation of business entities, the purchase or sale of business assets or stock, and corporate governance. Kelsey has experience assisting non-profit clients with a variety of issues, including formation, governance, tax-exemption, mergers, and re-organizations.
When Kelsey is not practicing law, she and her husband are likely spending time with their children. Kelsey is also active at her church serving as a deacon and as a board member for a daycare.
Her family enjoys spending time at the lake with their extended family, which gives her children a chance to appreciate life outside of the city; an experience Kelsey values after growing up in rural Kansas.
Kelsey welcomes phone calls and other correspondence from people in need of legal advice. You can contact her at 816-756-5800 and firstname.lastname@example.org.
In a legal situation that was daunting, confusing, and thoroughly stressful, the team at Krigel & Krigel was indispensable. The attorneys were knowledgeable, prompt, patient, and communicative. Always taking the time to walk me through the processes & what to expect in the next steps. I couldn’t recommend a better group of professionals.
