Robert D. Gaines graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Arizona, a Master's of Business Administration from Michigan State University and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, School of Law, with honors.

Robert handles commercial litigation and personal injury matters, leasing and real estate matters, Missouri liquor license issues, property and business insurance claims, business formations, business valuations and projections, SBA (Small Business Administration) proposals, business projections and presentations and bankruptcy litigation. Robert also handles business and real estate arrangements and has appeared before Federal District Court of Missouri and Kansas and the Kansas Board of Healing Arts.

Robert is a member of the Missouri Bar Association; Arizona Bar Association; Kansas Bar Association. Kansas City Bar Association and is a member of AOPA legal panel. He is admitted to practice in Missouri, Kansas and Arizona and to the United States District Court and Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri.
