Robert Gaines graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, a Master's of Business Administration from Michigan State University and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, School of Law.

Robert handles commercial litigation and personal injury matters, leasing and real estate matters, Missouri liquor license issues, property and business insurance claims, business formations, business valuations and projections, SBA (Small Business Administration) proposals, business projections and presentations and bankruptcy litigation.
